Music QA
At Tuned Global, availability is non-negotiable. There is nothing more damaging to a user experience than requesting an audio file, video, or image and finding it missing or unplayable. Our Music Quality Assurance (Music QA) process is designed to eliminate that risk entirely.

End-to-End QA for Every Ingestion
All content enters our platform through Intaga, our ingestion system (see Music Ingestion). Once a product has completed processing and is ready for ingestion, it is automatically subjected to a comprehensive QA workflow.
This process is not manual or optional - it is enforced systematically for every ingestion event.
Multi-Layered Validation
Music QA combines multiple systems and automated agents to validate both metadata and assets:
- Metadata validation
- Release dates are verified for accuracy and consistency
- Rights and licensing data are checked to ensure correct entitlement
- Structural integrity of releases (albums, tracks, videos) is confirmed
- Asset validation
- Audio, video, and image files are verified to exist within the system
- Assets are tested to ensure they can be successfully delivered
- Playback and retrieval checks confirm availability across delivery pathways
Availability as a Gate
A product (album or video) is only made available to licensed services once it has fully passed Music QA. If any component fails - metadata, rights, or asset delivery - the product is held back until the issue is resolved.
This ensures:
- No broken playback experiences
- No missing artwork or media
- No invalid or non-deliverable content
Outcome
By the time content is exposed to partners and end users, it has already been verified as complete, accurate, and deliverable. You can rely on Tuned Global’s platform to consistently provide the products and assets your users expect - when they expect them.
