Get Artists

Return the follow state and follower counts for each artist credited on a release, so an artist row on a release page can show a correct Follow or Following button without a call per artist.

This returns engagement only — there are no artist names or images in the body. Pair it with the Artists endpoints, or with the ‘Artists’ array on Get Release, to render anything the listener can read.

Use this when: you need follow state for a release's artists. For artist names and artwork, use Get Artist instead.
